Mr. Eyal Agmoni is an experienced investor and entrepreneur with over 35 years in property and private equity investments across Europe and Asia. He is the Founder and Chairman of Chartered Group, overseeing a portfolio of companies across Japan, Singapore, Germany, Thailand, Luxembourg, and Israel. He holds multiple MBAs from the New York Stern School of Business, the London School of Economics and Political Science, and HEC School of Management, alongside a finance degree from the City University of London. He also serves on the International Advisory Board at Tel Aviv University, contributing his expertise to the financial and academic sectors. Fluent in Hebrew, English, and Japanese, Mr. Agmoni leads Chartered Investment Managers in driving strategic investments and business growth across global markets.

Lim Ai Lin

Managing Director

Ms. Ai Lin serves as a Managing Director in the company, where she is instrumental in securing investments and driving the growth of portfolio companies. Her expertise in this role builds on a distinguished career, including her previous position as Managing Director of Private Client Services at Mercer (formerly Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group), where she dedicated nine years to crafting sophisticated planning solutions for discerning clients. Her career began in banking, where she specialized in client relationship management and investment advisory services. Ms. Ai Lin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Statistics from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Applied Finance from the University of Melbourne. Additionally, she is a certified Family Office Advisor from the Wealth Management Institute in Singapore. She is fluent in both English and Chinese.

Kiyomi Fujioka

Senior Manager, Product & Research

Kiyomi is responsible for overseeing middle office operations for the firm’s venture capital funds and other financial products. Her previous roles include Manager of Transfer Agency in Global Fund Services Asia at Northern Trust, a US-based financial services firm, and Principal at Ant Capital Partners, a prominent Japanese private equity firm known as a pioneer in buyout investment. With over 17 years of expertise in fund administration, private equity investment, and related business domains, Kiyomi significantly contributes to the firm’s daily operations and strategic initiatives. Kiyomi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Keio University, a Master of Arts in International Relations from the International University of Japan, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is proficient in both Japanese and English.

Yasuhiko Kai

Managing Director, Head of Investment Solutions

As the Head of Investment, Mr. Kai oversees consulting on investment activities and markets our investment products to clients across Asia and Japan. With over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, he has held key positions at prestigious institutions. He spent 10 years as a derivatives and structured trader at UBS in Tokyo, Zurich, and London. Following this, he served for 13 years at CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce) in Tokyo and Singapore, where he continued his focus on derivatives and structured trading. At Daiwa Capital Markets Singapore, Mr. Kai served as the Global Head of Wealth & Corporate Solutions. In this role, he managed relationships with high-net-worth clients across Asia and Japan as a Managing Director. He is proficient in both Japanese and English, enabling him to effectively navigate and communicate in diverse markets. He holds a Bachelor of Economics with a focus on Marketing from Waseda University.

Benny Low

Compliance Manager

Mr. Benny joined Chartered Group in August 2023, bringing with him a distinguished background in Financial Advisory Services. His expertise spans Operations, Financial Advisory Commissioning, and Risk & Regulatory Compliance within the finance sector. At his previous firm, he played a pivotal role in establishing the Financial Advisory Operations, Commissioning, and Compliance Departments. Before transitioning into finance, Mr. Benny accrued valuable experience in the engineering sector with a multinational corporation. His proficiency in project engineering and information technology, including coding and programming, enhances his capabilities in Cybersecurity prevention and detection, complementing his role in Risk Management and Compliance. Mr. Benny holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. He is also well-versed in both English and Chinese, further enriching his ability to navigate diverse business environments.

Pantila Pakamethanan

Group Finance Manager

Ms. Pantila brings over 20 years of expertise in accounting, finance, and auditing, spanning a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, services, and emerging sectors. She began her career as an auditor with KPMG Thailand, a leading global professional services firm, where she gained invaluable experience working with high-profile clients and mastering best practices in financial reporting and compliance. Throughout her career, Ms. Pantila has taken on key roles in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, reporting, and fund management. Her expertise provides her with a comprehensive understanding of both strategic and operational financial functions. She excels in streamlining accounting processes, developing accurate financial reports, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry standards, contributing to improved financial performance and decision-making. Ms. Pantila holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Assumption University in Thailand. Bilingual in English and Thai, she effectively navigates multicultural business environments and fosters clear communication across diverse teams.

She further advanced her career at Ernst & Young, one of the world’s leading professional services firms, where she gained invaluable experience working with high-profile clients. Throughout her career, she has worked across various sectors, including fund management, banking, nickel mining, and rubber planting. This extensive experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the financial intricacies in both traditional and emerging industries. Ms. Liana manages accounts and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with top standards in the organisation. Proficient in both English and Indonesian, she is a vital asset to the team, known for her meticulous approach and comprehensive industry knowledge.

Avelyn Chiah

Human Resource and Office Manager

As the Human Resource and Office Manager, Ms. Avelyn plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive secretarial support to our CEO, as well as overseeing office operations and HR functions for our Singapore office. She brings a wealth of experience from her previous position as a Personal Assistant at St. Joseph’s Institution International Ltd, where she excelled in providing high-level executive support, coordinating events, managing travel arrangements and HR duties. Avelyn has demonstrated a consistent ability to handle confidential information with discretion and support senior management with exceptional efficiency. Ms. Avelyn’s diverse experience and adept skill set make her an invaluable asset to our team, contributing significantly to the seamless operation of our Singapore office. She is proficient in both English and Chinese.

Suki Chong

Marketing Manager

Ms. Suki commands the strategic oversight of marketing collateral development and execution across all organizational divisions. Her responsibilities span the full spectrum of the company's business activities, encompassing the meticulous management of both internal and external branding initiatives. This includes the strategic oversight of digital and print materials, conference assets, and social media content, ensuring that all creative outputs are impeccably aligned with the company’s esteemed brand standards and strategic imperatives. Prior to her current role, Ms. Suki led the creative department at a prominent Japanese multinational corporation, where she significantly enhanced the company’s social media footprint. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Marketing from Coventry University in the United Kingdom and is fluent in both English and Chinese.
